Standard shipping: Between 3 and 4 days (this is a non-binding information) once the order has been accepted and processed. If your order is placed before 3PM CET, your order will be shipped the same day.

You can track your order only if you registered on our online store. In that case, go to havaianas-store.com, then login to your account after clicking on the “Login” button, then click on “My Orders”. Finally, check the “Order status” column
What can I do if the delivery is delayed?
The first step (if you are a registered member) is to check the status of your order (see “How do I track my order?”). You can also contact our customer service team using the form in the “Help” section.

Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?
Yes, it can. You just need to mention it in step 2 of the checkout process by ticking the corresponding box.
Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.
What happens if I am not at the address indicated to receive the delivery?
In this case, the transport company will schedule a second delivery. If you are not there they will leave you a note with their contact details. The delivery will remain at your disposal for 10 business days. Should they not hear from you the delivery will be returned to us and the purchased amount will be refunded accordingly to the same credit card details used during the checkout, within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product in our warehouse.
